There is no monthly envelope allowance, no per-signature charge, and no per-user fee, so document volume never becomes a cost decision. This matters most for high-volume, low-value paperwork — volunteer waivers, permission slips, policy re-acknowledgements, small change orders — where a metered plan quietly discourages sending the document at all. Recipients are never charged and never need an account.

What allowances do to behavior
The practical cost of a metered plan is rarely the overage fee. It is the decisions people make to stay under the cap: skipping a change order because it is only a small change, collecting handbook acknowledgements from some staff but not all, deciding a volunteer does not really need a signed agreement.
Each of those is individually defensible and collectively the reason the records are incomplete when someone asks for them. Removing the meter removes the reasoning.

- Send a waiver to every participant rather than the ones who seem risky
- Issue renewals early and remind freely
- Send each amendment as its own signed document

What unlimited does not mean
Bond4Docs applies ordinary technical bounds on what a single submission can contain — a text field accepts up to 10,000 characters, and image-based fields such as signatures and initials accept larger payloads sized for a drawn signature. These are engineering limits that keep the system stable, not a commercial quota, and normal signing never approaches them.
Unlimited refers to how many signature requests you may send. It is not a promise that any individual document can be arbitrarily large.
