Mandatory two-factor authentication adds a second verification step to every sender account.
Sensitive field values and signature data support AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
Audit activity and SHA-256-based certificate records help reveal later changes.
A signing workflow crosses several trust boundaries: the sender account, the stored document, the email invitation, the recipient session, and the completed record. Bond4Docs applies controls at each stage rather than relying on one login screen.
Bond4Docs completion records use hashes of the document, signature information, and captured audit activity. A public certificate identifier can be used to check the stored certificate record. Hash comparison is designed to make later modification detectable; it is not the same as notarization or government identity verification.
Routine business agreements and acknowledgements may use standard electronic-signature workflows, while wills, court documents, notarized instruments, regulated transactions, or high-value agreements may require additional controls. Consult qualified counsel about the document and jurisdiction when the consequences are significant.
