Minors and guardian consent

The legal effect of a guardian waiving claims on a minor's behalf varies considerably between states, and several will not enforce such a release against the minor's own claims. If minors participate in your activity, this is worth specific legal advice rather than a template assumption.
Enforceability is state-specific
Electronic signing and enforceability are two separate questions, and waivers are the document type where that distinction bites hardest. Being validly signed does not make a release enforceable if the state limits what can be waived.
