Bond4Docs Pricing

Bond4Docs has one tier and it is free. There is no paid plan, no trial that converts, and no feature reserved for an upgrade that does not exist.

Free · No credit card · No signing limits

Short answer

Bond4Docs is currently free to use with no credit card required, no monthly or annual signing limit, and no per-user pricing. There is no paid tier: templates, multiple recipients, sequential signing, reminders, expiration controls, audit history, completion certificates, the public REST API, and the MCP server are all included at no cost. Recipients never pay and never need an account. Because there is no upgrade path, there is also no feature deliberately withheld to create one.

No credit card

Create an account and send a document without entering payment details.

No signing limits

No monthly envelope allowance and no per-signature charge.

No per-user pricing

Team size does not change the cost, because the cost is zero.

What "free" usually means elsewhere

The word does a lot of different work in this category. It can mean a time-limited trial, a plan that only lets you sign documents other people send you, a monthly allowance of a few signature requests, or a tier that omits the features that make the product usable — templates, multiple recipients, or the audit record.

Bond4Docs does not operate any of those models. There is one tier, it includes everything, and it does not expire.

  • Not a trial with an end date
  • Not limited to signing documents others send you
  • No monthly cap on signature requests
  • No features reserved for a paid plan
  • No charge to recipients, ever

What is included

Everything the product does is available on the free tier, because there is no other tier.

  • Sixteen field types including signature, initials, stamp, and approve-or-decline
  • Multiple recipients with per-recipient field assignment
  • Sequential signing, reminders, and expiration controls
  • Reusable templates, saved contacts, and folders
  • Mandatory two-factor authentication on sender accounts
  • Timestamped audit history and tamper-evident completion certificates
  • Public REST API and an OAuth 2.1 MCP server

The honest caveat

Bond4Docs is currently offered free. That is a statement about how it is offered today, not a contractual commitment that it will never change — and any provider claiming otherwise is overpromising.

What we would say about it: the product is designed to be inexpensive to run, there is no venture-scale revenue target driving a conversion funnel, and the completed documents and completion certificates are downloadable so your records are never trapped in an account you cannot afford. If pricing ever changes, existing records remain yours to export.
