3.1 Bond4Docs is NOT a law firm, legal service, or legal advisor. The Service is a technology tool designed to help users fill out, complete, and manage PDF documents more conveniently. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal document preparation, or legal representation of any kind.

3.2 No guarantee of legal validity or enforceability. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever that any document created, completed, signed, or processed through the Service will be legally valid, binding, enforceable, or compliant with any applicable law, regulation, or legal requirement in any jurisdiction.

3.3 Users are solely responsible for their documents. You are entirely and exclusively responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and enforceability of any documents you upload, create, send, complete, or sign using the Service.

3.4 Electronic signatures. While the Service allows users to place and collect signature fields on documents, Bond4Docs does not certify, authenticate, notarize, or guarantee the legal validity of any electronic signature.

3.5 No liability for document outcomes. Bond4Docs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall have absolutely no liability for any legal, financial, contractual, or other consequences arising from the use of any document processed through the Service.

4.1 Electronic Signature Capability. The Service allows you to electronically sign documents and request signatures from others. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.2 Your Consent to Electronic Signatures. By clicking to sign a document electronically, you consent to use electronic signatures and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as your handwritten signature. You understand that you are not required to sign documents electronically and may choose to sign paper documents instead.

4.3 Right to Withdraw Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time before completing a signature. However, once a document is signed, your consent cannot be withdrawn for that specific signature.

4.4 System Requirements. To use electronic signatures, you need: (a) a device with internet access, (b) a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge), and (c) the ability to receive and read emails. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets these requirements.

4.5 No Tamper-Evident Seals. Bond4Docs does not provide tamper-evident seals, digital certificates, or cryptographic proof of signature integrity on signed documents. While we maintain audit logs of signing events, we do not guarantee that signed documents cannot be altered or that such alterations would be detectable.

4.6 No Certificate of Completion. We do not provide a Certificate of Completion or any formal attestation of the signing process. Our audit logs are for internal record-keeping only and are not provided as legal proof of signature.

4.7 No ESIGN/UETA Compliance Guarantee. While Bond4Docs strives to support electronic signature workflows, we do not guarantee that signatures collected through the Service comply with the ESIGN Act, UETA, or any other electronic signature law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of electronic signatures meets applicable legal requirements.

4.8 Limited Authentication Methods. We offer email-based verification and optional two-factor authentication. We do not offer SMS-based identity verification, knowledge-based authentication (KBA), or government ID verification. Users requiring enhanced authentication for high-stakes documents should consider alternative solutions.

4.9 Retention of Signed Documents. Signed documents are retained for as long as your account remains active. We do not guarantee retention for any specific period (such as the 7 years often required for legal records), and we make no commitment to store documents for any minimum duration. You are solely responsible for downloading and preserving copies of signed documents. We strongly recommend that you download and maintain your own backups of all signed documents and records. Bond4Docs shall have no liability for any loss of documents or data.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Forge, falsify, or misrepresent document content, signatures, or the identity of any person
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful or destructive code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, unethical, or unauthorized by these Terms

7.1 The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Bond4Docs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You retain full ownership of all documents, content, and data you upload to or create through the Service.

7.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

8.1 Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.3 You acknowledge that documents transmitted through the Service may contain sensitive or confidential information and that you are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent from all parties whose information is included in any document.

9.1 The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, features, or subscription tiers in the future.

9.2 If we introduce fees, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of paid features after the effective date of any pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

13.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

13.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

13.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

14.3 You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
